I've obviously worked on this website, so I'm counting it as one of my projects. I'm still learning some of the basics when it comes to HTML and CSS. I took the basic building blocks of a regular CSS website and then added what I needed to add. I am going to learn some more advanced CSS techniques soon. I am using this website as a playground for my skills. I originally wanted to build a flash website for my personal site, however, I found out that it's harder for search engines to find the site if it uses flash. Anyways, I will do the best to keep it updated and looking smooth. If you have any questions or concerns, shoot me a message.
My real estate website that I designed and keep updated regularly is another project. I spend a little more time on that website because people see it more than my personal one. I tend to advertise my real estate website more than my personal website, for obvious reasons. You can find my real estate website on Facebook, Twitter, RMLS, etc. I came up with the "WP" brand and logo. I wanted to do something simple, yet effective. The color and the font should set it apart from other real estate companies in the area. Our target doesn't need those fancy-schmancy graphics and taglines. My plan is to have that logo and our names well known within the Portland Metro area within our target market, more specifically, Washington County, when it comes to real estate. Our family name is already relatively well-known in that area, so the key is to getting the logo and the "Willner Properties" name out there for people to see.
I met Marti through Twitter, and I told her that I would be willing to help her with her daily vlog, TwoShoeGirls.com. As of right now, it's still a "test site", but by April 1, 2010, it will be fully up-and-running. Feel free to visit the site to check it out. It's all about shoes. It really helped me to learn more about PHP and CSS, as well as how WordPress works. I am already working on a second version on the website, even before the first version is launched!
I will add a list of marketing materials I have created here. There is an extensive list of Craiglist ads that I made recently that use HTML that are pretty nice. I have also created many email marketing campaigns, direct mail campaigns, and other marketing campaigns using various channels.
